  • 1981: Candidate of Technical Sciences in the specialty "Technical Cybernetics and Information Theory", defended in a specialized council at the Institute of Automation of the Academy of Sciences of the Kyrgyz SSR.

Experience of participation in the work of TEMPUS projects:

  • 2010–2013: Participated in the TEMPUS project “HEICA «Higher Education Initiative for Informatics in Central Asia” 158677–TEMPUS–1–2009–1–DE– TEMPUS–JPCR HEICA, 2010–2013. This project intended to provide a study program in the field of Software Engineering for nine Universities of the Central Asia. Among them two Universities participated in the project, these are, Kyrgyz State Technical University and Kyrgyz-Russian (Slavic) University. I have participated as a country coordinator/ and a team leader of the team in Kyrgyz State Technical University named after I. Razzakov.

  • 1981 - Academic degree: Candidate of Technical Sciences, specialty 05.13.01 "Technical Cybernetics and Information Theory", Institute of Automation of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan.
  • 1990 - Academic title: Senior Researcher, specialty 05.13.01 "System Analysis, Control and Informatics".

Experience in implementing scientific results:

  • Since 1970, he began to carry out work on the creation, implementation and maintenance of software for various automated control systems for technological processes and production in various industries and irrigation.
  • 1980-1985: Responsible executor of research work "Software Development" of Automated Control Systems for Technological Processes of Glass Charge Production" at the Tokmak glass factory.
  • 1987-1990: Head of research work "Development of an automated system for managing the self-supporting activities of the Frunze Hosiery Factory"
  • 1990-1992: Head of the research project "Development of intellectual support systems for a human operator based on the implementation of the principles of self-organization and artificial intelligence in automated systems for managing the self-supporting activities of light industry enterprises", funded by the International Scientific and Technical Integrated Program of the Member States of the Economic Council Mutual Aid.
